Wedding Day-of Coordination:
At Fusion Events & Design, our team has years of experience and know that wedding planning can be stress-full to the couples. Below you can view our Wedding Day Coordination package that is design to give you a peace of mind as we handle professionally any challenges that may arise.
Day-of Wedding Package:
• Fusion Events & Design comes on board 6 weeks of wedding preparation.
• A professional Wedding Coordinator and Assistant on site to manage your wedding from
Ceremony site to Reception site on your Wedding Day.
• Walk-through of venue with couple and banquet manager for event spacing setup/layout
• Two weeks prior to wedding day, all vendors listed on the vendor contact information
sheet will be contacted to verify details of arrival and pick-up time for rentals.
• All vendor contracts reviewed.
• (1) Finalize wedding meeting with couple
• Various contact via email or phone or text during business hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Ensure all payments to vendor tips & balances are finalized.
~ Rehearsal ~
• Coordinate and direct wedding rehearsal (up to 2 hours if applicable).
~ Wedding Day ~
Fusion Events and Design represents the couple on their Wedding Day; we are your point
person all day.
• Wedding Day Management for a smooth process during Ceremony and Reception Venue.

• Initial and final consultation to determine the order of service for your wedding day.
• We are the greeters for every guest arriving and assisting with their seating.
• Design a detailed customized timeline for ceremony & reception site.
• Distribute your programs to guests at their arrival into the ceremony site.
• Coordinate the wedding ceremony site so guests are seated in order to receive the
• Received ahead of time all personal items to be distributed (cake cutter, bride and groom
flutes, sign-in book or card/money box).
• Designate specialty areas for specialty items; guest sign-in book, cake table, place card,
gift/card table and musician.
• Make sure all members of the wedding party are looking picture perfect for photos and
their grand entrance.
• For Men: fix their ties, hair in place and boutonnieres are perfectly installed.
• For Ladies: Check ladies gowns, straps, teeth clear of lipstick & hair in place, bouquet
position; as the bride envisioned.
• Bride: bustle bride’s gown for the perfect entrance flow at ceremony site and reception hall.
• Properly line up bridal party and parents for the processional entrance at ceremony site and
reception hall as indicated by the couple.
• Assistant with placement of table names, place cards, favors, toasting glass & serving set.
• Reception: Cueing the wedding party, first dance, toast, cake cutting, bouquet & garter toss
• Oversee every detail being perfectly placed in set-up; guest table settings, head table
settings, cake table, gift table, sign-in table, props, etc.
• Management of any issues that may arise during the event for a stress-free day for the
